Essaying the character of a single mother, fans loved this yoga trainer who firmly believes in natural healing. With Shruti being a yoga enthusiast in real life, it was no surprise to see her perform a host of unique poses in the show, leaving each one of us in awe. The actress over the past few days seems to be making the most of her time in the lockdown doing yoga as she uploaded a host of photos and videos on her social media handles.
Elaborating further on the same, the beautiful actress said, “Playing Diksha was one of my favourite characters as I got to play what I like doing in real life. I am a die-hard fitness freak and a yoga person in real life as well so it was easy for me to get into the skin of the character. While preparing for the role and while teaching tough poses to the other mothers on the screen, it didn’t take me much time as I have been practicing yoga for a very long time. I am happy the lockdown gave me the chance to focus on my health and practice some amazing yoga at home which the viewers can now see on my social media pages.”
