This new season starts with a wedding set up. The old trio Sapna Pabbi, Shwetha Tripathi and Mallika Dua are in Tamil Nadu to attend Mallika’s cousin wedding, played by Amyra. All three of them are excited to be witnessing this wedding ceremony.

As the time comes for the bride to reach the mandap, Mallika goes to fetch the bride; turns out that Amyra is all set to run away.  She is apprehensive about the marriage as there are too many divorces happening and not many couples end up staying together these days. After many dialogues, Mallika is convinced of Amyra’s decision. She then ropes in Shwetha and Sapna to help her runaway.

All four of them meet outside the venue, to help Amyra runaway in the wedding car. The four are confused where they want to go.

What Wow? The first episode of the series is impressive. The audiences can relate to what is happening in the series, even when someone has not watched the first season of the series. It is a quality very few web series have. All the four actresses will make you relate to their characters, each of them has her own way of connecting with the audiences.

What Blah? There is nothing to complain about in the first episode of the series.

Parting Shot: The Trip 2 will remind of every chick flick that you have ever seen and something that you want to keep coming back to all the time. The first episode starts off with a great start and the audiences know there is something to look forward to in the coming episodes of the series.
