Netflix is really gearing it up with unscripted series on their streaming platform, they just renewed one of their oldest reality shows, Beastmaster for a third season. The nine-episode series will have more than 100 competitors from nine countries. Also, there are new hosts joining – Tiki Barber, Anderson Silva and others.

The competition is said to be one of the most physically demanding obstacle courses that has ever been devised. At the end of each episode, a Beastmaster is crowned and the final episode has all the Beastmasters compete against each other.

The nine countries that will take part this year will be US, UK, Australia, Germany, Brazil, Italy, France, South Korea and Mexico.  This time, the hosts are CM Punk, Stu Bennet, Kate Abdo and Dannii Minogue. Nick Cummins, Micky Beisenherz and Jeannine Michaelsen will also be part of the series.

This is one of the few unscripted, reality shows that Netflix has on their platform since a while now. They have also released series like My Next Guest  Needs No Introduction with David Letterman and another stand up series that has Chris Rock.

The Beastmaster has a good fan base and we are excited to see what the franchise will bring further to the table.
