Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy tapes, a Netflix Original documentary series is all set to premiere on 24th January 2019, the 30th anniversary of his execution for the murder of Kimberly Leach and two sorority house sisters three weeks before that, in 1978.

Convicted in over 30 cases for murder, necrophilia, decapitation, rape and so on, heinous acts he committed mostly in the 70s, Conversations with a Killer by Joe Berlinger (Peabody and Emmy Award winner) will be a 4 part series featuring Ted Bundy’s audio interviews while he was in Florida prison, by journalists Stephen G Michaud and Hugh Aynesworth. They also wrote a book with the same title. The Ted Bundy tapes will have him talking about the crimes he committed, caused by an uncontrolled desire to possess women ‘in any way possible’.

Directed by Joe Berlinger has also directed the film ‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile’, starring Zac Efron as Ted Bundy, which will premiere on 26th January, 2019 at the Sundance Film Festival.
