The world of digital entertainment will soon be evolving like weather. Adding more chaos (positive obviously) to its atmosphere is the partnership between Snapchat and NBC Universal. The two biggies will develop and produce original content like scripted shows and other genres.
For this joint venture, the digital content studio in Santa Monica, California will be used, which will be led by Lauren Anderson. Interestingly, Snapchat’s first tryst with original programming started with NBC Universal with the debut of The Voice.
Furthermore, there’s another partnership that Snapchat has embarked upon. Along with the NBC Universal partnership, a new deal with Donut was signed to help platforms and brands develop entertainment content.
