This short film is based on the idea that everyone can make a beautiful change. But whether one chooses to make that change or not is what alters life.
Kalki Koechlin plays the positive woman who doesn’t let storms affect evolution and growth. This is evident in one scene where she is hell bent on reviving an almost dried plant in her garden and eventually succeeds in it.
She then sees her maid entering the house with her young daughter. Instead of sending her to school, the maid is training her daughter to become a maid. Her rationale: This will help her sons continue their studies, at the cost of their sister’s.
What Kalki manages to do towards the end of the short film is commendable and should be replicated by almost everyone who encounters this issue.
What’s WOW? The sheer idea that anyone can bring about a beautiful change is so catalytic. All the three actors in this short film deserve applause for their effort.
What’s Blah? We really didn’t find any flaw that marred the storytelling of this short film.
