Several musicians are coming together for the Zee5 Show, The Lockdown. The show will have the musicians gather into groups of two to re-imagine some of the most famous songs. The ten-episode series will recreate 20 iconic songs. The concept of the show is to make two music videos within 48 hours.

Interestingly, this series is not a competition and a simple promotion of talent. According to Badshah, who presents the show, the show will feature artists like Raftar, Papon, Sachin Jigar, Arjun Kanungo and others.
Director, Kunal Gavankar and Creative Producer, Rahul Sheth, were quite kicked about the series. They were of the opinion, “20 artists, 20 music videos and 1 massive show… sounds impossible? Not for these whiz kids!”
Along with them, the series will also have Kailash Kher, Harrdy Sandhu, Jonita Gandhi, Shirley Setia, Benny Dayal, Monali Thakur, Raja Kumari and others.
The series will start streaming on August 17 on the entertainment app Zee5.
