Now, Netflix has signed up to stream Shonda Rhimes take on the curious case of Anna Delvine, a woman who conned the rich and the powerful by posing as a German heiress.
Currently, Netflix also has The Staircase, another real life crime series that is about a famous writer who was accused of killing his wife.
Rhimes will be writing the web series, the last project she was attached to was Scandal, which launched in 2012. This is the first series after Rhimes signed up with Netflix last August, to leave ABC, where she created series like Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal. Rhimes will now be distributing her time between ABC’s series like the Grey’s spin-off Station 19, How to Get Away with Murder and For the People. How to Get Away with Murder is now streaming on Netflix too.
