RVCJ Media, the people behind the popular Facebook page Rajnikant V/s CID Jokes may soon come up with a short film. As per our source, the film will go on floors once the finance is finalised. Furthermore, a director known for his horror films has been roped to helm the project.
In a similar manner popular website ScoopWhoop too ventured into web films with crime-thriller Sneh. ScoopWhoop is known for its pop culture content, but decided to make an out and out thriller as its first venture. In an era where the brand tone matters, it will be interesting to see if RCVJ – known for its humour quotient – will bite the bullet and venture into horror.
