Netflix soared into LGBTQ area with Queer Eye, the web series that had members of the LGBTQ give complete makeovers to straight people. That concept was well received and of course, like all good things, Netflix decided to give this web series another go. The trailer this time hints at something different – the guys are not giving makeovers, instead, they are doing something different for people – like building a community centre.
This time, the fab five are Antoni Porowski, Tan France, Karamo Brown, Bobby Berk and Jonatha Van Ness. The second season has yet to stream, but the trailer does impress. And this franchise seems to be gearing up for the long run, because the third season has already been announced.
Netflix is going ahead with reality content with their documentaries and docu-series, and this is just another addition to their inventory. The series is created by David Collins. And executive produce d by him, along with Michael Williams, Rob Eric, Jennifer Lane, Adam Sher, Jordanna Hochman, David Ellenberg and David George.
