Netflix has released the sixth season of its prison series Orange is The New Black and it is definitely something which was highly anticipated by the audiences looking forward to know what exactly happened with female inmates after the riots that happen in season 5.

Gladly, the 6th season starts with Suzanne’s hallucinations and the viewer is bound to get an insight into how bad is her mental condition. Her hallucinations and erratic behavior continue to haunt throughout the series. Suzanne’s character is expected to draw the attention towards important social issues about mental health such as suicide, police brutality, etc. Taylor Schilling, Kate Mulgrew, Danielle Brooks, Natasha Lyonne, Dacha Polanco, Selenium Leyva, Adrienne C Moore, Jessica Pimentel among others.

Like its predecessors, season 6 of this series doesn’t fail to give a social commentary on relevant topics. It also continues to have some of the most hard-hitting scenes that will make some in the audiences shift in their seats, but that is something that Orange Is The New Black audiences are already used to. The show definitely manages to speak about the discrimination that happens inside the jail quite brilliantly based on colour of the inmates.
