Nitishastra is an intense short film that brings forth a unique concept. Basically, the concept of a criminal being a criminal has been around in Indian mythos since a long while – and has been used in films like Mother India and even Vaastav to an extent, but it is the character played by Taapsee Pannu that makes this unique and rare.
