Netflix and Chills panel at the New York Comic Con announced its newest series, The Umbrella Academy. The series is an adaptation of Gerard Way’s graphic novel by the same name. The cast of the series includes names such as Ellen Page, Mary J Blige, Tom Hopper, and Cameroon Britton among others.

The series revolves around a group of interconnected people all born on the same date who mothers who weren’t pregnant. The series will be coming out on February 15.  Out of these people, five people decide to get behind the exact cause of the death of their father, more like a Professor-Xavier like figure in their lives.

The audiences at the Comic Con were also shown the trailer of the series. One can also expect a song and dance routine in the series.
