Netflix purred its foot in the anime pool with the Hollywood version of the hit anime series Death Note. Now, Netflix is going full steam into anime. It has several anime series on their streaming platforms and soon, that will include the anime version of Castlevania. The series that’s inspired from the hit video game of the eighties will hit the streaming platform on October 26.

More anime is coming to Netflix, with the Big N greenlighting the second season of the anime series Aggretsuko. Interestingly, this is not an out and out actioner – in fact, it’s about a Panda who belts out death metal at her work after being bored of her mundane job. The next anime project coming on the network is Godzilla: City on Edge, which is the sequel to the 2017 film, Godzilla: Planet of Monsters.

Other anime web series that will be seen soon on the network are Dragon Pilot, Cannon Busters and Ultraman. Ultraman will come sometime in 2019 and Kengan Ashura will be making its presence sometime in 2019 too.
