Content creators in Mumbai are in for some good news – Netflix has acquired space for business headquarters in Bandra Kurla Campus. The office space has been leased for nine years and will be the India headquarters for Netflix. The company will be paying an annual rent of around 50 crores. Like every real estate deal, the rental will increase by 15 percent.

Netflix has been paying more attention to its India business since it started their India journey. The company’s top executives have been seen hobnobbing with the biggest names in Indian entertainment. Here’s looking at the headquarters becoming the hub of streaming entertainment deals in India.
