Michael Douglas has been out of action for a while and is now making an endearing return to screen with The Kominski Method, a Netflix Original Series that looks to capture the audience during the holiday season. Michael Douglas and Academy Award winner Alan Arkin play Sandy and Norman, two old men who are coming to terms with ageing in life.

The trailer is heart-warming and tells us about the kind of aspects shown in the film – like an old man getting his forty-year-old daughter into rehab, they coming to terms with love and sex and old age, and everything in between. Created by Chuck Lorre, who has earlier created series like Two and a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon, this is a fresh, unique concept that explores old age.

The various characters in the series are Sandy, Norman, Mindy, Lisa and the recurring characters are Phoebe, Eileen, Theresa, Jude, Breana, Darshani, Margaret, Lane and Dr. Wexler. Currently, the series has eight episodes.
