For those who thought HBO is bogged down with the mercurial rise of Netflix, here’s some food for thought. The veteran streaming channel won 29 Emmys as opposed to Netflix’s 20 at the podium. While HBO tops the list, Netflix comes a close second with 20.

The others in the race were NBC, who won 15, Hulu, who won 10, ABC won 7, FX Networks won 6. Fox and Adult Swim garnered 5 and 4 awards. CBS, A&E and VH1 won 4 and 3 awards.

HBO was also the leader at the Emmy Primetime. The channel won 10 and Netflix won 2. NBC won 6, Hulu won 5 and FX won 2. This proves that HBO does have a strong line-up, even without the mammoth Game of Thrones, that didn’t make the contender list because of eligibility issues. Popular series like Stranger Things, The Crown, House of Cards, Master of None and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt made it to the winner’s podium.

HBO took home 29 wins, including for series like Big Little Lies.
