
After a wait of almost a year, we finally have a clue of how the characters of Netflix’s first ever Indian web series will look like. In its most recent tweet, Netflix India has finally put out images of Saif Ali Khan, Radhika Apte and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in their characters for this web series that is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap.

Saif, who plays Sartaj Singh in the series, is seen aiming his weapon in combat/fight with splashes of blood of his face. Nawazuddin is seen posing in front of the mirror, with a mischief in his eyes. He is playing Ganesh Gaitonde, the crime under lord of the series. Radhika Apte plays RAW analyst Anjali Mathur in the series and is seen interacting with someone in the images revealed.
The series is based on Vikram Chandra’s novel of the same name and is set in the dirty, crime-filled roads of the city of Mumbai. It delves into the city’s intricate web of organized crime, corruption, politics and espionage that lie beneath India’s economic renaissance.
TheDigitalHash.com has also reported that the series will be a four season affair each being of 8 episodes. Shot on location in India, this Hindi-English series will be produced in partnership with Phantom Films. The series shooting wrapped up on January 28 this year.
Here are eagerly waiting for the teaser/trailer of Sacred Games and going by Netflix standard we will surely not be disappointed.
