The End of the F***ing world was a refreshing change from the superhero and otherwise serious content on Netflix. The coming of age story of two young characters was quaintly entertaining and made for good viewing.

Now, Netflix has gone ahead and commissioned a second season of the series, allowing fans to get another look at the kooky world of James, who thinks he is a psychopathic killer and Alyssa, the young woman who thinks he is the answer to her quest of walking away from a messy life.
The series stars Alex Lawther, Jessia Barden, Gemma Whelan, Wunmi Whelan, Steve Oram, Christine Bottomley, Navin Chowdhry and Barry Ward. Graham Coxon was music composer for the first series, which was written by Charlie Covell and the director’s duties were handled by Jonathan Entwistle and Lucy Tcherniak. End of the F***king World is nominated for the BAFTA and Emmy awards.
Charlie Covell will once again be writing the series, which will be produced b Clerkenwell Films and Dominic Buchanan Productions. Covell will also be executive producer with Murray Ferguson, Ed Macdonald, Andy Baker, Dominic Buchanan and Jonathan Entwistle.
