House of DC is pushing it’s content into the digital realm with its announcement of a digital streaming service.

One of the properties that will release with the service is the “Titans” series. Other properties have been announced too, like the third season of Young Justice, titled Young Justice: Outsiders. The Titans series will focus on Dick Grayson, who heads a superhero team comprising of Raven, Starfire and many others.

The series and service will be launched sometime in 2018.

DC is doing this in collaboration with Warner Bros. DC and Warner Bros. has earlier created several successful games that started DC’s top line character, Batman.

This is indeed good news for fans who earlier found the DC comics prohibitively expensive. With a streaming service, the price for access will definitely come down.

Also, DC and competitor Marvel have tried to capture the digital world with their content since a while now. With DC launching something like this, it will only be a matter of time that Marvel will launch a streaming service.
