Avika Gor and Manish Raisinghan must be on seventh heaven right now. Their second short film, “I, Me, Myself’ has been shortlisted to be screened at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. The film has been selected from an on-the-spot pitch competition that had entries from more than 33 countries.
During a media interaction, Avika said that they didn’t take the thought of showing their film at Cannes very seriously initially. However, Manish finally sent the synopsis of the film along with a poster – and that clinched the deal for the film.
Manish also stated that been selected in top 20 is huge for them and they hope to make India proud on the international platform.
