With rumours about the continuation of Sacred Games 2, Netflix has finally cleared the air with the announcement that Kashyap, Motwane and Varun Grover are now cleared for Sacred Games 2. Grover too had sexual harassment allegations against him, but they were unsubstantiated.

The statement said:

“After an independent investigation, the results helped inform Netflix’s decision to continue with Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap on season 2 of ‘Sacred Games’. We continue to collaborate with our production partners to ensure and maintain a safe and respectful working environment.”
