In an innovative way to promote an upcoming show, the streaming service Amazon Prime Video has been promoting its show Keep It Real by stand-up comedian Kanan Gill heavily on Twitter. This is followed by a series of tweets by other stand-up artists who have been associated with Amazon Prime Video for some time now.

This includes a host of stand up names such as Sapan Verma, Tanmay Bhatt, Kaneez Surka, Biswa Kalyan Rath, Kenny Sebastian and Naveen Richard. Every one of them has asked Amazon to either not discriminate against them by promoting Kanan’s show or they have asked the streaming service to actually add some funny stand up specials. Whatever the stand-up comedians’ query/question, Amazon has responded using #HoldThatJoke. Besides that, the streaming service has also given in a poster with the comedian in question, wherein a Stop Joking banner in put on the mouth of the comedian.
